Sometimes I think I take where I live for granted.. I’ve said it many times that there aren’t a lot of places that I just LOVE shooting in Northeast Alabama. Being a Huntsville Wedding Photographer, there are plenty of places there where most my business is conducted. However, I’m looking at things differently after this session. Mallory had told me that Judd requested a field for their engagement session. Luckily, those are plentiful in the area… I had found one that I thought would be attractive for my style of photography but I was NOT expecting this. I am SO pleased with how these came to life! Needless to say, I have a new found love for field shooting.
After we left the field, we headed to Weathington Park in Section, Alabama. This was my first time shooting here and it will definitely not be my last. I mean COME ON. The VIEWS! I believe I had refrained from shooting here due to the harsh lighting, but sometimes the best way to face your fears is to tackle them head on and look what happened! BEAUTIFUL images!!
I truly believe this session was a win for everyone! Mallory and Judd are so fun to be with! They constantly laugh at each other, and laughed at me a few times.. which was well called for.
Mallory and Judd, I am so excited that I am getting to serve you both in this new season of life! I hope that you love these images as much as I do and remember just how much fun we had while taking them! I can’t wait for your big day in November!
